We're hiring a Barista to join our team in Porto, Portugal. You'll work closely with a small, senior group where your decisions ship to real users every week.

This role suits someone who enjoys ownership: you'll help shape priorities, not just execute a backlog. We care about clear writing, thoughtful trade-offs and steady delivery over heroics.

What you'll do
Lead projects end to end, from first sketch to launch and the follow-up iterations. Partner with design, engineering and operations to keep work moving. Document decisions so the next person doesn't have to guess.

What we're looking for
Several years in a comparable role, strong communication, and comfort with ambiguity. Relevant qualifications help but a track record matters more.
