We're looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrator to become a valued member of our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and providing essential administrative support. Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
Process accounts payable, ensuring supplier invoices are handled accurately and payments are made on time.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor account balances, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
Prepare and issue invoices, track expenses, and assist with billing activities.
Support payroll administration where required.
Produce financial reports and summaries to support informed business decisions.
Provide day-to-day administrative support, including filing, data entry, scheduling, and managing correspondence.
Work closely with colleagues to improve processes, maintain compliance, and support the efficient running of the business.

What We're Looking For

Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
A solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise professionally with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Confidence learning new systems and adapting to changing business needs.
Previous bookkeeping or administrative experience is desirable, but we're equally interested in candidates with the right attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
