We are recruiting an Operations Manager for a charming and well-established hotel in Wrexham, offering an exciting opportunity to take on a broad, hands-on management role within a thriving independent business.

This popular hotel is known for its warm Welsh hospitality, welcoming atmosphere, and excellent reputation with both locals and visitors.
Offering comfortable accommodation, a busy food and beverage operation, and functions throughout the year, the hotel is looking for an experienced hospitality professional to help lead the business alongside the owner.
The successful candidate will work closely with the owner, taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the hotel and allowing him to step back from the day-to-day running of the business.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in every aspect of hotel operations.Benefits:

This is a hands-on position where you'll lead from the front, working alongside your team and supporting every area of the business rather than managing from behind a desk.
As Operations Manager you will:
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the hotelLead and support a close-knit hospitality team across all departmentsManage staff rotas and daily staffing requirementsOversee reservations, bookings, and operational planningDrive excellent guest service throughout the businessSupport sales activity and maximise business opportunitiesEnsure high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and serviceWork closely with the owner to continue developing the businessHelp motivate, coach, and develop the teamThe ideal candidate will have experience within hotel, pub, or restaurant management and be confident overseeing multiple areas of a hospitality operation.
You will be organised, commercially aware, and enjoy leading from the front, with a genuine passion for customer service and team development.
Previous experience as an Operations Manager would be advantageous, although experienced Duty Managers looking for the next step will also be considered.
