We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead and oversee daily operations within our retail environment. Duties
Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer serviceSupervise daily store operations, including opening and closing proceduresManage stock levels through effective merchandising and inventory controlImplement promotional activities and sales strategies to maximise revenueRecruit, train, and develop staff members, fostering a positive team environmentMonitor staff performance and provide constructive feedbackEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policiesHandle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesyAnalyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growthMaintain accurate administrative records related to sales, staffing, and stock managementSkills
Proven management experience within retail or similar environmentsStrong leadership qualities with excellent team management skillsEffective communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilitiesOrganisation skills with the capacity to prioritise tasks efficientlyExperience in merchandising, sales management, and administrative functionsAbility to supervise staff effectively while fostering a collaborative team atmosphereMultilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer basesExcellent time management skills with the ability to multitask under pressureDemonstrated organisational skills in managing inventories and store presentationLeadership qualities that inspire team members towards achieving common goalsThis role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a leadership position within retail.
