Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced part time Account Manager to join our busy Mechanical/HVAC team. This is a full time, office-based role at our Oldham office in Chadderton. You’ll play a key part in taking customers through their full journey, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from first contact through to job completion.
Working days Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday
Experience in a similar role is essential.
Responsibilities
Respond to initial client enquiries via phone and emailInput engineers’ timesheets and compile daily reportsLiaise with operational staff and customers to maintain a high level of serviceCoordinate engineers’ work schedulesEnsure KPIs are monitored, met, and updatedIssue purchase orders and monitor job progressUpdate Excel spreadsheets, including use of formulasCompile job completion notes and prepare invoicesAssist with wages and general administrative dutiesSkills & Requirements
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent time managementStrong communication skills with customers and colleagues at all business levelsCompetent with Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel, and general computer systemsHighly organised with strong attention to detailBenefits
