Customer Service Representative – Full Time – Slough
We are looking for motivated individuals to join Rambo Promotions’ Customer Service and Events Team in Slough.
This is an in-person role providing customer service and representing established brands at events, venues and promotional campaigns.
Full training is provided, making this suitable for candidates with or without previous experience.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Speaking with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Representing established brands at events and campaigns
Providing a positive customer experience
Supporting promotional activities
Working as part of a team
Developing customer service and communication skills
The role involves working directly with customers, so strong communication skills and a professional approach are important.
Training & Development

Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, call centres or similar roles is welcome but not essential.
